About Us
ADIO Aligned was created by Dr. Michaella Walter and Erica Michaels as a way to bring their combined experience in chiropractic, practice operations, education, and community-building to the profession. Together, they are developing opportunities that support chiropractors through meaningful CE-approved education, intentional travel experiences, and practical business consulting for clinics.
From helping doctors grow their knowledge to creating space for connection, collaboration, and stronger office systems, ADIO Aligned exists to support the chiropractic life from multiple angles.
Dr. Michaella Walter
Dr. Michaella Walter brings nearly 20 years of experience as a licensed chiropractor and successful clinic owner to the ADIO platform. Webster and pediatric certified through the ICPA, she has built her career around prenatal, pediatric, and family wellness chiropractic. Through ADIO Education and ADIO Travel, Dr. Walter helps develop meaningful classes, CE opportunities, and education-based retreat experiences designed to support chiropractors clinically, professionally, and personally.
Erica Michaels
Erica Michaels brings nearly 20 years of experience in the chiropractic profession through enrollment leadership, nonprofit operations, practice consulting, and clinic ownership. Her background includes helping chiropractic organizations and offices improve communication, marketing, systems, team structure, and day-to-day operations. Through ADIO Consulting, Erica supports chiropractors in creating more organized, efficient, and patient-centered practices with practical business guidance that can actually be implemented.
